Don’t forget your mind!

how-to-improve-memoryAs you cross-train across your whole body, don’t forget your mind!  Our mind is also a muscle, and as with every other muscle in our body, we either USE IT or LOSE IT.

Question: how many phone numbers do you know?  How many phone numbers did you know 20 years ago?  I used to know SO MANY more!  Smartphones are incredibly useful, but in many ways, they also make our minds much weaker.

Moreover, back in 2010, Google CEO Eric Schmidt said that now, every two days we create as much information as we did from the dawn of civilization up until 2003.  Anybody else struggle with information overload?
