Here are some resources I would highly recommend to make it easier for you to live out the cross-training component for long-term success in obtaining and maintaining holistic fitness, health, and wellness. I hope they help you work smarter and shorter, not harder and longer.

28-Day Cross-Training Challenge – my challenge program for you that is designed to be simple, short, flexible, portable, and all bodyweight!  4 weeks, 3 days per week, workouts less than 30 minutes each, not including warm-up, cool-down, and stretching.  Good baseline program for busy people.  You can always add one of the other programs below before or after mine if you have more time.

Example of a longer combo workout: Start with Bodyweight Flow (~2-4 minutes), Do 28-Day Cross-Training Challenge (less than 30 minutes), Finish with 4-Minute Fighter Abs (4 minutes)

4-Minute Fighter Abs – one of my favorite programs for cross-training, especially the core (the weaker part for many people).  With 4-minute bodyweight workouts (requiring no equipment), it definitely helps you work smarter and shorter, not harder and longer. I use it sometimes as stand-alone workouts or “finishers” at the end of another cross-training workout.
